CenTex inspected the 100 year old farm house, a garage, and an ADU that I’m attempting to purchase. They were very thorough and professional during the inspection and review process. They even wanted to give me back my money for the 1890s general store, as we need an expert in depth structural analysis completed.
Now I have the ammunition to go back to the negotiating table and get the seller to pay for the lack of maintenance and poor renovations that were done most recently.

Great Experience with this inspection company!
I’m a Realtor in San Antonio, and I needed a last minute inspection on a new build in the Maxwell area, and my go to inspectors couldn’t make the trip.
Centex answered my call, and immediately scheduled my client.
Communication was on point, and complete inspection report was sent to my email within a couple of hours after completion.
