Shawn came highly recommended to me by a friend who owns many rental properties. I told Shawn I would need someone out to the property I had put an offer on within the next couple of days if possible. He had other properties to inspect but said he could help me out, I believe it was 2 days after I talked to him. He told me exactly how he worked, how long it should take, that he would be taking photos throughout the property and then go over everything with me as he verbally recorded his findings. He had me jot down questions as he spoke. We went over all afterwords. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. That afternoon I received the report online along with photos with his recommendations of items that needed attention, which were the most critical and why. He couldn’t have been any more thorough. I would most definitely recommend Shawn to anyone.
